Enrolment Application Process From Early Learning Centre to Year 12

At Emmanuel Anglican College, we understand that choosing the right school is one of the most significant decisions you will make for your child. As a Preschool to Year 12 coeducational College grounded in Anglican traditions, we are proud to provide a welcoming, inclusive environment that values academic excellence, pastoral care and a commitment to nurturing the unique potential of every student.

The following outlines our clear and comprehensive application and enrolment process, designed to ensure a seamless experience for families considering Emmanuel Anglican College.

Enrolment Policy and Principles

Emmanuel Anglican College is dedicated to fostering a community where students thrive academically, socially and spiritually. While we are not academically selective, students and their families are expected to support the College’s Anglican ethos and values, as well as adhere to its policies and codes of conduct.

The College reserves the discretion to evaluate each application based on factors such as family connections, the student’s potential contributions and the College’s capacity to support individual needs. Continued enrolment is contingent upon meeting academic, attendance and behavioural expectations.

Steps in the Enrolment Process

1. Expression of Interest

Families interested in enroling their child are invited to submit an Expression of Interest Form along with a non refundable fee. This form secures your child’s place on the College’s Expression of Interest Register. While this does not guarantee an enrolment offer, it initiates the application process.

2. Application

When a potential place becomes available, families will be invited to complete an Application Form and submit relevant documentation. A non refundable application fee applies. Applications are assessed using criteria such as family connections, student attributes and College capacity.

3. Enrolment Interview

Selected applicants are invited to attend an interview with the Principal, which includes a tour of the College and an opportunity to address any questions.

4. Offer and Acceptance

Successful applicants will receive a formal Offer of Enrolment, accompanied by an Enrolment Agreement. Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of the signed agreement and the required enrolment fee.

Early Learning Centre Enrolment Process

Families follow a similar process, with confirmation of enrolment requiring the completion of an Enrolment Agreement and a Direct Debit Form.

Changes, Withdrawals and Further Correspondence

Any changes to your child’s enrolment details, such as intake year or address, should be communicated in writing to the Enrolments Office.

For Kindergarten to Year 12, a full school term’s notice is required for withdrawals. Two weeks’ notice is required for withdrawal from the Early Learning Centre.
