2025 Allrounder Scholarship Application
Allrounder Scholarships will be awarded to students that have the potential and desire to succeed and contribute to the community in a positive way but, without financial support, would not be able to attend the College.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are open to students:
• Enrolled or not yet enrolled in the College, studying in Year 7 to 12 in 2025;
• Who are Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia; and
• Can demonstrate financial hardship and the need for financial support.
Scholarships will be awarded to students who demonstrate strength and a high level of commitment and involvement in one or more of the areas listed below:
• Academia
• Creative and Performing Arts
• Sport
• Leadership and Citizenship
Application Process
The application process will require students to demonstrate commitment to, and enthusiasm for, the College’s identity and purpose by requiring a personal statement detailing the student’s commitment and involvement in their area of strength. It will include a request for detailed financial information that demonstrates a need for financial support.
The value of the scholarship may vary and would offer between 25% and 100% remission of Tuition Fees.
The scholarship is awarded to a deserving student (or students) based on achievement in one or more of the areas outlined above, the candidate’s personal statement and demonstrated financial need. Scholarships are generally awarded to students with a positive attitude, leadership skills and a commendable application.
Selection Criteria
Responsibility for assessing applications, identifying successful recipients and determining the level of scholarship support to be provided rests with the Scholarship Assessment Committee.
Scholarship recipients will be reviewed during each year. The Scholarship recipient must actively participate in College life and co-curricular activities and represent the College with pride. The Scholarship recipient must continue to meet academic and behavioural expectation to continue to receive the scholarship.
The College reserves the right not to award a scholarship in any particular year.
Ongoing Expectations
Scholarship recipients will be reviewed during each year. The Scholarship recipient must actively participate in College life and co-curricular activities and represent the College with pride. The Scholarship recipient must continue to meet academic and behavioural expectation to continue to receive the scholarship.

Applications are due to the Scholarship Assessment Committee by Wednesday 30 October 2024

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Scholarship Opportunity
Emmanuel Anglican College is proud to offer the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Scholarship for 2025, providing valuable educational opportunities for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students who demonstrate the potential and desire to positively contribute to their community but may not have the financial means to attend the College.
Eligibility Criteria
The scholarship is open to students who meet the following criteria:
- Studying in Year 7 to 12 in 2025
- Enrolled or not yet enrolled at Emmanuel Anglican College
- Identify as an Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, and
- Can demonstrate financial hardship and the need for financial support.
Application Process
Applicants will be required to submit a personal statement outlining their commitment to and involvement in their local community, as well as detailed financial information demonstrating the need for support. The application must also include two letters of support from individuals such as a current school teacher, minister, sports coach or community leader.
The scholarship will cover 100% of Tuition Fees from Year 7 to Year 12 and further financial assistance for uniforms, camps and other charges may be provided based on need.
Selection Criteria
EAC's Scholarship Assessment Committee will review applications based on community involvement, the quality of the personal statement and demonstrated financial need. The ideal candidate will exhibit a positive attitude, leadership skills and a strong commitment to the values of Emmanuel Anglican College.
Ongoing Expectations
Recipients will be required to maintain high academic and behavioural standards and actively participate in College life and co-curricular activities. The scholarship will be reviewed annually to ensure continued eligibility.
